Fit Club

Advisor: Robert Jutras & Brian Gill

Join this group of students to prepare for an upcoming athletic season or work to remain healthy and fit. Students will meet three days a week during each off-season with the goal of reducing the likelihood of injuries, increasing agility, speed, and strength, and ensuring proper form and technique during exercises.
