The Silver Award is the highest achievement that a Girl Scout in grades 6-8 can earn in Girl Scouting. This is a significant accomplishment as earning the award requires many years of challenge and commitment to service, leadership, career exploration and take action projects. Recipients must demonstrate ability and skill in goal setting, planning, implementation, relating to others, and creating a project which will benefit the greater community in a sustainable way.
