Happy Summer! We hope you and your family are enjoying the sunshine and finding time to relax.

For those participating in our summer program, please find the transportation schedule below.

Students are placed on the honor roll when their quarterly letter grades average a B or better, and when the student receives no grade lower than a B- in all graded classes. If students earn any grade of a C+ or lower, their names will not be placed on the honor roll. The student must be carrying a minimum of four graded courses to be eligible. Students who withdraw from a course are not eligible for the honor roll for one semester.

The MG Peer Team, Library TAs and volunteer Middle School Mentors were treated to a fabulous day at Ramblewild on Tuesday 6/9 as a thank you for all their help and community building this year.  Mrs Barrett, MG librarian and Peer Team Advisor, received a generous SEE Fund Grant which made the trip possible. Thank you to additional chaperones PJ Pannesco, Luke Polidoro, Jen Dias and Brian Gill whose bravery, humor and expertise helped make the day even better!

Since all our students have an "all access" year round subscription to the New York Times, I thought I'd share an invite to take part in The New York Times’s 17th Annual Summer Reading Contest, which launched on June 5.

Here is a look at the final weeks schedule. Note that the week of 6/15 to 6/18 are all full days, Friday is a holiday, and the Monday and Tuesday of the following week are half days.

The latest Greylock Echo has hit the halls this week. This issue offers twelve pages of news, opinion, reviews, features, sports, and more. New Editor-in-Chief Nora Stricker makes her editorial debut with this graduation issue. She has inherited an impressive team of writers  who are working on print editions as well as maintaining an online version of the news (with separate content than the print edition).

The STE (physics) 10 MCAS will be administered on MONDAY and TUESDAY next week, June 8th & 9th. Students are able to grab breakfast in the cafe until 7:45am and then should report directly to their testing rooms. Room assignments are posted in the 2nd floor hallway. Questions? Read the book or books listed for the class you will be taking next year. Come to school prepared to discuss and write about important ideas from the text(s).
