On Saturday May 28, Lanesborough New Ashford Dollars for Scholars is hosting a tag, craft, and bake sale at Lanesborough Elementary School. LNADS inspires civic engagement by providing local high schoolers with the opportunity to do community service which is rewarded with college scholarship money upon graduation from high school.

Things are busy on and off campus as the year whines to a halt. Our theater is packed, fields full, exams scheduled, and classrooms active. It seems like a beautiful summer day, though it's only May. Much is left for us to accomplish.

Mount Grevlock Regional School District is looking to expand our sub list for on-call custodians to provide coverage for permanent full time employees as well as to perform seasonal groundskeeping work.

Students are placed on the honor roll when their quarterly letter grades average a B or better, and when the student receives no grade lower than a B- in all graded classes. If students earn any grade of a C+ or lower, their names will not be placed on the honor roll. The student must be carrying a minimum of four graded courses to be eligible. Students who withdraw from a course are not eligible for the honor roll for one semester.
Gina was originally slated to speak to various student groups in May 2020, but the arrival of COVID-19 canceled those plans. She was unable to participate in the 2021 GreylockTalks abbreviated sessions; we are looking to bring her back to Mount Greylock now that COVID restrictions have been lifted.
