You may download the "Enrollment Form" from Cultural Heritage Alliance's (CHA's) website (www.cha-tours.com), fill it out (make sure to sign the back!), and mail it to CHA with the non-refundable $95.00 registration fee. Or, you may enroll online by going to CHA's website (www.cha-tours.com), and clicking on "Participant Online Application" and entering the GROUP ACCESS CODE: 0536S53613, and follow the instructions on the screen. After you have enrolled, you will use the GROUP NUMBER (0536) and your unique six-digit alphanumeric TOUR ACCOUNT CODE to make future payments.
