Federal Holiday: Monday, May 27
Formerly named Decoration Day, this day was first enacted to honor Union and Confederate soldiers after the Civil War. Renamed, the holiday now commemorates ALL American service people who have died while in the military. A national moment of remembrance takes place at 3:00 p.m. local time. MGRHS Band members will play in Hancock and Lanesboro on Sunday and in Williamstown on Monday.
High School Recognition Night
Students will be recognized in a number of areas including academics, leadership and school spirit. We invite you to join us with your students on the 28th.
